Slip formwork

All types of sheds and tanks Construction without creating seams in concrete
In this method, a pile is placed in the center of the concrete structure. This structure is mostly made in a circular shape. The central hydraulic pile moves the form integratedly to the next section. These forms are usually produced at a height of 100 cm.
This formwork method is used for concreting all types of single or multi-cell silos, shear walls of high-rise structures, fluid tanks, vertical shafts of tunnels, mines, etc. slip forms are produced in two types:
Slip forms with fixed cross section
Slip forms with variable cross section
If the structure cross section is fixed and its thickness does not change, the slip form is used, but if the structure cross section is variable or the wall thickness changes, the slip form with a variable cross section is used.
Technical Specifications
Integrated transmission
At each stage, the forms are transferred to the next floors by the central pile.
Quick execution
Due to the integrated execution system, the execution speed increases.
Fast transmission without the need for additional connectors
Create exposed concrete
Quick formwork
No need to disassemble the system
Transmission possibility through central pile
Execution of various silos and towers
Possibility to run as a fixed and variable cross section
